Dhaka, 20 July 2026: AVON Animal Health Ltd. and Dovoy Animal Health Ltd. jointly successfully organized a technical seminar titled "Maximizing Profitability in Poultry Production Through Exogenous Enzymes" at the Celebration Hall of Dhaka Regency Hotel & Resort. The programme brought together poultry industry professionals, nutritionists, veterinarians, feed manufacturers, consultants and corporate representatives to discuss innovative nutritional strategies for improving poultry production efficiency and profitability.
The keynote scientific presentation was delivered by Dr. Theerawit Poeikhampha, PhD, Associate Professor, Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. He highlighted the crucial role of exogenous enzymes in enhancing nutrient digestibility, improving feed conversion efficiency, reducing feed costs and supporting sustainable poultry production. His presentation also focused on the latest scientific developments in enzyme technology and their practical application under commercial farming conditions.
The session was further enriched by Mr. Duttle Bing, Technical Manager – ASDRC & EM, who shared practical insights into enzyme solutions and their commercial benefits for modern poultry production systems.
Participants actively engaged in the technical discussions, exchanging experiences on feed formulation, nutrient utilisation, gut health and strategies to maximise farm profitability amid increasing feed ingredient costs.
The seminar concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where industry professionals discussed future opportunities for adopting advanced enzyme technologies to improve productivity, sustainability and economic returns in Bangladesh's poultry sector.
