American Association of Avian Pathologists (AAAP): The premier organization advancing science-based knowledge, expertise, and education on poultry health, welfare, and food safety- providing member value and stakeholder trust. Sixty-Ninth American Association of Avian Pathologists (AAAP) was held in Orlando, Florida, USA. AAAP 2026 was a valuable opportunity for scientific exchange across the poultry health scientific community. SEOUL, Republic of Korea-Korea Grandparent Breeders (KGB) welcomed clients to a seminar in Seoul on May 28, where experts from Aviagen® shared the latest advancements in poultry breeding and management to help optimize flock performance.
The seminar focused on the ongoing genetic progress behind the Arbor Acres® Plus Fast Feathering (FF) bird, which KGB supplies to the Korean market. Presentations highlighted Aviagen's commitment to delivering balanced genetic improvement at both the breeder and broiler levels, while reinforcing practical management strategies to help breeder managers maximize their flocks' potential.

The Department of Dairy Science and The Department of Animal Nutrition (BAU) jointly hosted the International Workshop on the "Dairy and beef production system: Nutrition, feed balancing , welfare and sustainability"

Md. Afzal Hossain (Editor & Publisher), From BAU, 20 July-2026: A two-day international workshop on modernization of dairy and beef production systems, proper nutrition, feed balancing, animal welfare and sustainable farm management has begun at Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU).

The workshop titled ‘International Workshop on Dairy and Beef Production Systems: Nutrition, Feed Balancing, Welfare and Sustainability’ was inaugurated at the Syed Nazrul Islam Conference Room of the university on Monday (July 20). The workshop, held on July 20 and 21, was jointly organized by the Dairy Science Department and the Animal Nutrition Department of BAU.
